This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with HoldingGreen, operated by Tinkeringtech LLC, through https://holdinggreen.com.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

HoldingGreen and Tinkeringtech LLC are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

  • Events beyond our control

If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HoldingGreen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact your local carrier office.

  3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We will assist where possible, but responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier once the item is shipped.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and work with you to resolve the issue.


International Orders (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. HoldingGreen is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
