1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Used items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Service team via the site contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). An item cannot be returned without a Return Authorization number issued by HoldingGreen.

c. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

d. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package. The customer pays for return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The customer pays for the shipping and handling costs of the items being returned.
